help with HTML code

I am sort of new to websites. I have a forum at www.thematrixrpg.com and i would like a digital clock on it. the forums are bretty basic to run, and i am having a little trouble getting an HTML for the clock. I have downloaded and extracted the digital clock, and now i am unsure what to do.  Anything you could tell me would great. Thank you
